charming stay near the city
clean room convenient location free parking
the room was very clean and a good size, surprisingly (we had a superior family room). the location is near several bus routes (it's a quick ride into the city). it also had free parking, a plus for us. (loved the easy access!)
the room was a bit too warm for me, i couldn't figure out how to adjust the radiator.
Rooms
9/10
the room included fresh smelling linen plus towels. the room's size suited our family well, allowing space to relax without feeling cramped. it met expectations for a short stay.
Service
8/10
i found the staff member came quickly when needed, providing prompt assistance. i received good information before arrival, clarifying what to expect. early check-in was available and very helpful.
Location
9/10
this guest house sits about 20 minutes by bus from the city center. many eateries are near the hotel, providing several options for meals. the location is also great for exploring.
Dining
8/10
the guest house is near coffee shops, providing options for breakfast. while only a biscuit, it added a small touch. i explored several pubs nearby, all nice.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
old decor uncomfortable mattresses
The location had good transport links. It was easy to catch a bus.
The decor felt quite old. A socket behind the bed was hanging off the wall. The finishing wasn't great. The toilet made loud noises at times. The mattresses were fairly uncomfortable, too.

great location clean room fresh linen tired decor unclear email uncomfortable mattress
The bus routes were super close. Only like, 30 seconds away from the hotel! the room was clean and the linen and towels smell great. i was allowed to leave my bags before check in, which i really needed!
The decor in the room feel old. the entry code changed on the second day and the email was unclear, it was confusing. the mattresses also weren't very comfy. I was so dissapointed!

spacious room natural light ample parking small shower road noise missing towel hook
the room was quite spacious and clean. i liked the natural light from the large window. the location was also convenient with ample parking.
the shower area was small and quite basic. i also found the road noise a bit disruptive. there was no towel hook in the room and i missed having a face towel.
